We collect only what you write in the diagnostic session form: name, mobile number, email address, store or company name, sector, the service you need, and your description of the challenge. We do not ask for payment details and we do not collect sensitive data.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to contact you, prepare the diagnostic session, and recommend the services that fit your business. We do not use your data to market anyone else.
Where it is stored
The request is stored in the website database, and a copy is sent to the company’s official email. Access is limited to the Thibrh Advertising team.
How long we keep it
We keep the request as long as the relationship or the need for it continues. You can request deletion at any time and it is removed within working days.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising tracking cookies and sells visit data to no one. Jetpack Stats by Automattic runs on the site and records aggregate statistics about pages viewed and traffic sources. Beyond that, the only cookies are WordPress’s technical ones, and only when signing in to the admin area.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. Write to the official email below and we respond within working days.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of the page changes with it, and the previous text carries no retroactive effect on what was collected before.
